If water is shut off for non-payment please contact utility billing at (817)297-2201 ext 1010 or 1020 as additional deposits may be required.
If this is your first bill, the amount of your last payment will be the $15.00 New Account Fee that you paid to set up service.
Auto-payments scheduled after the due date will incur late fees. Customers must select a payment date on or before the due date to avoid additional charges.
